I believe that words allow our imagination to go further and show us the properties with the sensations they arouse.
We are in Adria, near the Po Delta. In the peaceful countryside of the province of Rovigo, a very special property awaits us. 10,000 square meters of land and three buildings. One different from the other but all with their own charm and destiny.
Our walk starts from the garden, exactly among the trees you have chosen to relax, you feel the flow of the stream adjacent to the property and the scent of freshly cut grass, here the flora and fauna are lush, the old floods and old routes of the Po have made the soil silty and therefore fertile and where there is water we know that life has always been concentrated.
Let’s go together to search the first and most recent construction. It is a villa built in the seventies, with large windows and large surfaces. We immediately realize the choice made by the designer to move the house with plans and half floors, empty and facing that create airy and livable environments in a context that is still current and modern.
We are immediately amazed by the large living room of over 60 square meters, in which to place the dining room and the relaxation area. The fulcrum of the room is the fireplace, built with the characteristic bricks that we find in most of the house, in the external and internal walls, a real leitmotif.
Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen, with a large pantry that will be the stage for your haute cuisine preparations to be shared with guests and friends.
Two parallel staircases go down a few steps towards the bedrooms, two comfortable double bedrooms, one with private bathroom and another bathroom complete this floor.
On the first floor we go up along the brick-clad stairs, as well as most of the floors, here too generous spaces are divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study with a splendid view of the living room downstairs.
Great attention to external elements, three large corner balconies with access from all rooms and a beautiful covered terrace complete with barbecue.
The second building is the classic country house, probably built around the 1950s; simplicity is its strength. Three floors, regular spaces to be remodeled and adapted according to your needs and imagination.
The last building is the warehouses, here too large spaces to be converted and rethought for an agricultural or agritouristic activity, as a barn for animals or simply garages or hobby rooms where to cultivate our passions.
Sit back, relax, immerse yourself in the countryside with its noises and scents, let your imagination go, your villa your country residence as you want it and how you want it.
