The apartment is located in Palermo street in Trento, on the third and last floor of a building served by a lift. It has a commercial area of 118 square meters and is characterized by very large and regular-shaped rooms.

The internal layout is very functional and rational, accessing the armoured door you enter the living area, the central corridor, on the right the kitchen and on the left the living room and front door leading to the sleeping area.

Always in the sleeping area, we find the two bathrooms, one blind and one with windows and the closet, a local accessory that everyone appreciates for its comfort.

Internally the house is presented in fair conditions, certainly, modernization and efficiency interventions are necessary, such as the replacement of the windows and the remaking of the two bathrooms, in which the floors and coatings certainly do not reflect current tastes.

The building was the subject of some extraordinary maintenance work, such as the installation of the thermal valves on the radiators, as required by current legislation, being centralized heating and reconstruction of the external facades.

Particularly noteworthy is the presence of two private covered parking spaces positioned in the portico accessible from the condominium courtyard protected by the motorized opening gates.

The area is certainly one of the most requested in the city of Trento, as it is full of services and infrastructures and offers the convenience of finding everything you need under your house or just a short distance away. It is well served by public transport and it is extremely easy to get around on foot or by bike through the cyclable paths that lead to various areas of the city.
