Four rooms on the first floor out of three in Via Scopoli, a small and quiet one-way street, a side street of Giovanni Fontana street.

The apartment has an area of 100 square meters. and is composed as follows: entrance on a long corridor, two bedrooms, kitchen with balcony, living room, bathroom and closet. The double and single room, however spacious, are both facing east and well lit by large windows.

The corridor, lit by spotlights and with built-in wardrobes, leads to the hall from which you enter the kitchen. The two rooms are separated by a wall and the passage from one to the other takes place through an open arch.

The kitchen is habitable and has a balcony. On the walls of the living room and corridor, mosaics with coloured marble tesserae have been created that give movement to the rooms. Even the bathroom, with windows, is decorated with games of marble mosaics, equipped with a shower with hydromassage, towel warmer and wall-hung sanitary ware.

The flooring in the living area is ceramic, that of the parquet rooms, both well kept. All windows are made of PVC with double glazing, also the shutters are in PVC and there is the predisposition for the motorization. The heating is autonomous to radiators. The apartment has a security door and video intercom.

Internally it has been the subject of two renovations, one in 2006 and one second later in 2009; while the building that dates back to 1956, during 2014 has undergone an extraordinary maintenance in the common areas (facades, video intercoms, grounding) and is in fact in perfect condition and there is no extraordinary expense as it is not necessary.

The condominium expenses amount to about € 600 per year and also include the cost related to cold water. The property includes the attic, the cellar and a common room, on the street level where you can put motorcycles and bicycles.

The property is located in a strategic position and easily reached, a one-minute walk from the pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, post office, etc. It is less than a ten-minute walk from the Trento train station and the bus station, a two-minute drive from the Trento Centro motorway exit and from the city’s major car parks. The historic centre can be reached on foot in ten minutes. It is also a short walk from the Adige river from where you can take wonderful walks and reach the “Muse” and its park in a few minutes.
