Today we are fulfilling a dream!

“I’m leaving everything” “I’m going to an island to rent boats” “if I didn’t have my family here, I’d leave now” How many times have we said or thought at least one of these phrases, well today you have the opportunity to do so, a different life without leaving your loved ones.

We meet in Brescia and enjoy the short drive together to Toscolano Maderno on the western shore of Lake Garda. For our overnight stay I have chosen, for me, the mini-apartment on the ground floor consisting of the double bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom with Jacuzzi and fireplace. For you the three-room flat on the first floor consisting of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, two doubles and a single.

I would say that I have unveiled how you can change your life, buying this wonderful property set in 25,000 square metres of private land, choosing whether to limit yourself to renting the self-contained flats or offering, thanks to the bar and verandas, a breakfast service or taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to set up a restaurant service for guests only or open to outsiders. If, on the other hand, you want to dream big, you can always build almost 1,600 square metres of hotel/residence or RTA.

The location and how it is structured allows you to choose what you want to do, even transforming it into a large villa with swimming pool where you can enjoy the view of the lake and excellent food accompanied by good wine.

Now we have to go, come on, get in the car…I understand you don’t want to leave anymore, but you are not the only one…I too would stay here forever.
