We are at Lunch, in the part overlooking Lake Garda, a small village not far from Lake Tenno and the homonymous village of which it is a fraction. Comfortably nestled on the hill, here you can enjoy the mild lakeside climate that allows for vegetation with the most northern olive trees in all of Europe, the Tennese vines and the chestnut trees. The latter are the undisputed protagonists of the Festa dei marroni, a unique event among music, exhibitions, markets, tastings and themed dinners in an environment surrounded by greenery where you can taste the products and flavors typical of the area, such as oil, wine , salted meat, honey and cheese.
The village where the inlay of wood is practiced, boasts a series of panels depicting the different professions or moments of life of the same, located in
along a journey of about twenty stages that allow you to know its history.
The apartment that we want to offer is located on the mezzanine floor of a typical Trentino house, with exposed stones, larch balconies, wrapped and with a facade decorated with a fresco depicting a sacred figure of the Madonna with child.
The house, which was renovated in 2005, has two arched entrances, and welcomes visitors in a large common area with exposed stones and a characteristic stone fountain.
The apartment as mentioned on the mezzanine floor is spread over an area of about 80 square meters commercial where there is space for the living area with kitchenette, a large bedroom, and a few steps up, the bathroom with window and shower the second small room.
Everything is in good condition and ready to live in, self-contained and with a good finish (security door with mirrored panel, video entry system, wooden doors and windows, wooden interior doors with double mirroring) enjoys panoramic views from both the kitchen and the bedroom and has two comfortable cellars and an indispensable private parking space in the fenced yard owned by the house.
