Here, hidden among conifers, stands a villa whose architecture recalls the romantic 60s, when mountain tourism made giant steps, and skiing took more and more foot among the enthusiasts.
The house is surrounded by a land of about 800 square meters of rectangular shape, totally enclosed. On the back of the house, facing the street some plants guarantee privacy while on the front, facing Folgaria and bordering the woods, there is a beautiful flat lawn is an ideal place to relax on sunny days.
The villa is spread over three floors of about 60 square meters each, except for the attic where because the slope of the roof, the living area is reduced to fifteen square meters. The masonry building externally features some exposed stone inserts and others in dark varnished wood and the characteristic yellow blackouts give a touch of particular and original colour.
You enter across access on the side of the house, and internally you breathe the air of the typical mountain environments where wood is the key component. A corridor runs through the ground floor, on the right side there is the wooden staircase leading to the first floor, a closet and the bathroom with the window; on the left, the two doors leading respectively to the living room and to the kitchen.
The living room is a rectangular room of about 20 square meters, the floor is in wood and is a very bright setting thanks to two large three-door windows and a window door with the access directly to the garden at the porch. To the kitchen can be accessed either from the living room or from the corridor, the large ceramic washbasin, and the original granite floor returns us back to the typical “grandmother’s kitchen”.
Climb to the first floor, it repeats like under the corridor, here are 4 rooms, the bathroom of the sleeping area also with the window, a first single room, the second always single and the third, the double one. Even here, with the exception of the bathroom, the floors are in wood and two of the three rooms have the exit on the wooden balcony from which you can admire the surrounding forests and a glimpse in the distance of the village of Folgaria.
A final flight of stairs leads to the third and last floor and the fourth bedroom of the house; a room of about 16 square meters practically immersed in wood. Floors and countertop create a warm and welcoming ambience with the typical colour honey colour.
The house is in good condition, the property has over the years provided constant regular maintenance as well as some extraordinary maintenance work such as roof reconstruction and the exterior doors replaced in summer 2017.
The area certainly does not require advertising, the Folgaria plateau, which is only 30 km from Trento and 22 from Rovereto, is the perfect blend of summer and winter tourism. Ski slopes with ultra-modern ski lifts, cross-country ski tracks, ice stadium, mountain biking trails, 18 hole golf course are just some of the examples you can find to satisfy the most demanding ones. In short, the ideal place to spend your vacations or why not, live all year long.
