It is said that Porto Pozzo was once the most famous destination of Gallura tourism because of its strategic position on the north coast of Sardinia.
Over time, however, following the development of the municipality of Santa Teresa, it has carved out a role in tourism that is more niche, but very flourishing, for those who love tranquility, good food, sports, and nature.
The small port, from where you can leave to reach the archipelago of La Maddalena, has a unique shape that protects it from strong winds and currents.
The proposed store is located in a mixed residential-commercial complex not far from the port, positioned on the edge of a green area that leads to the beach. The proximity of a public car park, in addition to those available to the complex, means that even in high season, there is no shortage of places to stop by car.
Spread over two levels, ground and basement connected by an internal staircase. There are two possible entrances, one on the side facing the road and one directly from the portico overlooking the green area.
The ground floor is an open space, therefore easily divisible, just under eighty square meters commercial where we find on the side towards the porch a small bathroom with dressing room and on the other the part that leads to the basement that has the same dimensions of the upper one.
It is a flexible space suitable for many activities both related to the tourist and annual season and which can range from traditional commerce (clothing, sports articles, etc.), to consulting services (insurance, technical study) of tourism service (travel agency, organization of excursions and/or equipment hire) for catering (pizza slices, piadineria) and professional activities (hairdressing salon, aesthetics, medical or dental practice).
