Close your eyes and imagine a house in Tuscany, the white curtains billowing in a light breeze, the smell of a freshly baked loaf of bread, the terracotta floor, with that warm red of the surrounding hills, the freshly laundered sheets, a little rough after a day flapping in the sun. Tuscany is like that for us. If I imagine myself in these places, I cannot think of a new, anonymous building, I dream of a house that smells of history, exposed beams, terracotta in the rooms, furniture in a shabby chic style, a little Provençal, painted white, blue, teal and skilfully combined with more antique walnut-coloured furniture.
Today we are proposing a small flat to move into equipped with a book, a cat and a hammock of woven white linen, everything else you will find already included.
We are talking about a small flat with a double bedroom overlooking the small side garden and a beautiful French window with a mosquito net on the porch overlooking a beautiful garden of about 140 square metres. The ceiling of this flat is charming, made up of three rows of terracotta tiles interspersed with antique wooden boards.
The bathroom with shower is in the sleeping area. Here, as in the rest of the house, the floors are in antique terracotta, while the white porcelain walls have small terracotta borders that give continuity to the room.
The living area is all concentrated in a single room in which to relax in front of the fireplace or cook something delicious in the corner equipped as a cooking area. The centrepiece remains the porch, suitable in every day and season, surrounded by beautiful, well-kept plants and the enclosed, hedge-enriched garden.
But that’s not all, as the property is located in the middle of a facility with a restaurant and swimming pool, where two exclusive sun loungers will guarantee your… place in the sun.
