San Francesco of Pelago, loft on the Sieve River

San Francesco is the small hamlet of the municipality of Pelago overlooking the Sieve river whose banks it shares with Pontassieve opposite. Just a few kilometres from the magnificent city of Florence, it is a municipality of about ten thousand inhabitants – known above all for its summer houses and industrial activities in the cement, textile and mechanical sectors and for its culture: the perfect locus for an atelier.
