Rubano, portion of house, between practicality and aesthetics

Today we are in Rubano a town to the north west of Padova, from which the center is only 8 km away. Living here allows you to easily travel the territory by bicycle or with other ecologically viable vehicles without too much effort, finding everything at hand and what little that Rubano does not offer we can find in the nearby Padua.

Our proposal today is a completely independent and independent portion of head. We are immediately greeted by a completely paved square where a comfortable pergola and the canopy were built where your car can stay.

It is accessed the inside by the entrance overlooking the square, this is the hub of the house from which you can reach the various rooms. On the left is the living room, where two large windows facing south and west allow you to have the sun throughout the day.

On the right we visit the dining room with a nice corner bar where you can prepare tasty cocktails for your guests or cuddle with a good coffee as soon as you wake up. Next there is the very functional and practical kitchen for those who want to cook, while avoiding that the smells (and the possible chaos of improvized cooks) are spread throughout the house. Also on the ground floor, in addition to the bathroom, there is a large attic room, which can become according to your needs, office, study or simply bedroom.

Front to the front door, in addition to a convenient storage room, we find the staircase that leads to the upper floor where there is the second bathroom, a large double bedroom with two windows facing south and west and the double bedroom. In the hallway, from which it is also possible to exit onto the balcony and go up into the attic, another work station has been cleverly created, suitable for those who have two children who share the room and can therefore study independently without disturbing.

Great attention was paid to the construction details at the renovation site in “home smart” perspective, white PVC windows with electric shutters, ceiling heating with radiant panels and mechanical ventilation system, ducted air conditioning, alarm system, photovoltaic panels with storage battery, softener.
