Riva del Garda, two-bedroom duplex

On the northern shore of Lake Garda, about fifty kilometres from Trento, Riva del Garda is a cosy town surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and enhanced by the white beaches of the lake, making it an ideal place to live to feel halfway between the mountains and the lake. It can be easily reached both by motorway with the A22 Brenner motorway and by public transport, getting off at Rovereto station and continuing by bus.

In a quiet area, close to all the services of the town including schools, sports ground, shops and with the historic centre and the lake easily reachable in a short time, we propose a lovely flat of 75 square metres in excellent condition and without the need for any work or maintenance.

Built on two levels, it occupies the second and third and top floor of a small building and has a private parking space.

As soon as we enter, we are greeted and pleasantly surprised by the bright living room with open kitchen where all the furnishings and appliances are located. From here we have access to the first of the two balconies from which there is a panoramic view of the neighbourhood and the surrounding mountains.

A beautiful exposed metal and wooden staircase leads us to the upper floor where we find the two bedrooms, the double and the single also with its own balcony. Both rooms are bright and cosy, as is the whole flat, which instantly conveys a feeling of airiness and freshness.

The flat has two bathrooms, one in the sleeping area with a roof window and one in the living area with a shower cubicle and provision for a washing machine. The floors are tiled in the living area and wood in the bedrooms while heating is with a traditional radiator system and a condominium boiler with calorie counter. The external doors and windows are also made of wood, as are the shutters, while the internal doors are elegantly lacquered in white.

As mentioned, the interior is in good condition and can be an excellent solution as a main residence, as a second home or to rent by the week in a market, that of Riva del Garda, which is always very active.
