Continuing to visit the apartment on the left side, there is a room currently used as a study, but which can easily be used as a third bedroom and the bathroom, with shower and where now there is a washing machine and dryer.

On the right side, there is the sleeping area, a corridor with a very comfortable built-in wardrobe with sliding doors, access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The rooms are both very spacious, the double room furnished with a beautiful circular bed and the single with a very comfortable walk-in wardrobe.

On the side of the house, facing the entrance gate, there is a small two-room apartment, consisting of a pleasant living area, bathroom, and double bedroom. The independent entrance guarantees absolute privacy and independence but, if necessary, with few jobs, as mentioned, it is possible to unify the two units.

If the attention to detail, aesthetics, and choice of materials is evident for the interior, the same can be said for the exterior of the house. The lawn, the outdoor lighting, the walkways, the vegetable garden, the entire pergola for an aesthetically perfect and absolutely functional space, to be enjoyed from spring to late autumn.

There is no lack of external appliances, a convenient roof where to park cars and a wooden house of about 40 square meters to be used in many different ways.

Not to forget the strategic position of both the house, near the town center, all services, and shopping area, and the town of Mezzolombardo straddling the two capitals of the region (Trento and Bolzano), a few km away from the Paganella plateau and very well served by excellent road and motorway access, which from public transport.
