Mezzana, Marilleva 1400 two-room apartment residence Aquilone

We are located in the fascinating scenery of Val di Sole, specifically in Marilleva 1400, a hamlet of the municipality of Mezzana, a true paradise for ski and mountain enthusiasts.

An ideal destination for winter and summer tourism, thanks to the ski lifts that connect it to Folgarida, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo (forming the extensive ‘SkiArea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Val di Sole Val Rendena’ ski area with 150 km of slopes suitable for both beginners and expert skiers), Marilleva also offers numerous attractions in summer, including Nordic walking, trekking, and excursions to the enchanting peaks of the Brenta Dolomites, to be made on foot or by mountain bike.

Here, in what is one of the best-known ski resorts in Trentino, we offer a two-room apartment within the Residence Aquilone, just 100 metres from the ski lifts with which to reach the slopes.

Entering the flat, we find ourselves in a small corridor with a comfortable wardrobe and on the left is the bathroom equipped with all accessories including a shower. The second door leads us into the bedroom with its double bed and wooden wardrobe. We then move into the living room with kitchenette, which is bright thanks to the large windows and equipped with everything we need.

The flat is fully furnished with ample use of wood and every space is studied in detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The residence is in good condition also in the common parts and in the external facades with a pleasant architectural line that fits well into the context, and with a large and convenient car park where the exclusive parking spaces of the various flats are located.

It is an excellent solution for anyone wishing to spend their holidays, both in summer and winter, in one of the most evocative ski resorts in Trentino, but also for those wishing to make a useful investment to obtain a good income from the weekly rental of the flat to both Italian and foreign tourists.
