Joppolo is one of the municipalities within this territory; It is embedded on the slope, halfway between sea and mountain and crossed by winding roads and roads, where, among a spectacular succession of roofs, appear numerous sacred buildings.
Just here, at the beginning of the country leaving the provincial road and along for a few meters a side street we come across the property; On the highest part of a plot land of about 800 sqm with 5 terraces in stone walls, we find the house, a two storey building immersed in a rich Mediterranean vegetation made indias figs, mandarin oranges and lemons.
It develops on a total surface of about 90 square meters, where on the ground floor there are two rooms and a large veranda, and on the first floor four more rooms and a large terrace facing the house from where the view of loses between the green of the hills of the Mediterranean scrub and blue sea.
Structurally, the building is a discrete condition, however, restructuring is quantifiable in the order of 30/50 thousand euros depending on the degree of finishing and the final result to be obtained. The plot of land is located in an urbanized area and therefore has connections to the water, sewage and electricity network, it is also indicated, from the existing regulator plan in force, in a building area, then it is possible to expand the existing building.
With a little fancy, surely helped by the context in which it is inserted, it is not difficult to imagine the end result that can be obtained.
