Five minutes’ drive from Marina di Castagneto Carducci and ten minutes’ drive from Marina di Bibbona, at the foot of the hills of the Caselli Nature Reserve and the Montioni Nature Park, we offer a portion of a farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the last century, built in plastered stone and with annexed warehouse and outbuildings on a plot of approximately 750 square metres of land.

To the west, on the opposite side, just a few kilometres from the property are the famous white beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the immense pine forest facing the beaches from Marina di Cecina, through Marina di Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto Carducci, to Populonia and Piombino, with easy access then to the Island of Elba and the Tuscan Archipelago in general.
The property consists of a plot of land surrounding three different buildings, of which the primary one, facing south, is attached to another property while the other two are independent. The entire property undoubtedly enjoys a favourable sun exposure and orientation, as well as an absolutely enviable location with direct access from the Bolgherese, an avenue that is very popular with local residents.
