Cavallino Treporti, the Hidden Villa – between luxury, privacy and nightlife

In the locality of Cà di Valle, in a quiet and elegant residential area only 400 metres from the sea, where the clubs that fill up with happiness from all over the world during the long summer evenings, protected by 2500 square metres of garden, hides a particularly elegant architectural gem. And it fits in well with the greenery, thanks to the delightful veranda that establishes a symbiotic relationship with the grounds, just like a bridge between the house and the garden.
The Villa Nascosta – hidden – built with intelligence, practical sense and good taste, is spread over three floors and has a size of no less than 350 square metres. Thus we have a basement that houses a double garage, ideal for parking during the hot summer months, two large storerooms – which can be also used as a study room, office or rehearsal room -, a bathroom, a laundry room, a workshop and a large tavern with fireplace. And we are only on the basement floor! Just think how many possibilities we can give to our imagination and creativity with such a large and well-organised space at our disposal; as a French philosopher used to say: freedom is the opportunity to give the best. The remaining two floors are added to this. At the entrance on the ground floor there is a large, eclectically furnished, light-filled living room; striking is the quality and tightness of the material, from the parquet flooring to the walls, from the wood of the doors to the most minute details such as the colour of the handles. In the dining room, the Vallesana-style fireplace is striking, as are the design details such as the layout of the kitchen and the layout of the three bedrooms, each with a windowed bathroom, one with a hydro-massage shower and one with a large bathtub with staircase.
