The warmth of the materials extends from the central body, reflecting on the nuances of the facades of the adjacent structures, from the church to the outbuilding.

The farmhouse is spread over an area of about 340 square meters commercial is equipped with the heating system, traditional with radiators and fireplace that allow you to take advantage of the double supply, wood or natural gas according to the needs of future owners.

Starting from the apse and for more than two-thirds of the total length, the building is supported by a traditional masonry with segments that alternates with bricks and small drafts cemented by mortar beds. The result is a church that has been able to preserve the charm of historic buildings and integrate touches of modernity, making it perfect for hosting weddings, baptisms or other events.

The property includes a delightful outbuilding with lounge and kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven, whose interiors overlook the beautiful garden that runs along the farmhouse.

The outdoor areas include a vegetable garden, a pergola equipped with barbecue and a charming bar area located near the pool. The presence of the latter, embellished with elegant terracotta tiles and the solarium area adjacent to the beautiful olive grove, gives a huge added value to a property that could skillfully be converted into a perfect location for events and weddings.

As it is easy to imagine, considering the refinement and the excellent conditions of the interior and exterior spaces, the farmhouse can skillfully transform itself into different spaces according to the needs of the owners.
