We are in the heart of the Monte Baldo Park, the first mountain range to be found in Trentino. The position of this village is strategic and easy to reach by car, we are only 20 minutes from the motorway exit of Rovereto South and about 15 minutes from the renowned ski slopes of Polsa and San Valentino, but let’s not forget that Lake Garda is also 20 minutes away. We are at an altitude of 700 metres above sea level, and it is a well-serviced village, which makes it an ideal place for those looking for a quiet place both to live permanently and for their holidays.

Spring is the favourite season to meet and get to know the rare plants and flowers that populate the Monte Baldo Park, also known as the ‘Garden of Italy’, which you can get to know thanks to a series of scenic itineraries suitable for all ages and abilities.
But let’s enter the airy entrance hall, the crossroads of all the rooms in the house from the living area with its characteristic stove, a type of natural heating that requires only two charges a day to have a constant temperature all day long.

The kitchen is the family room and having one that is habitable and south-facing will guarantee not only natural light for much of the day, but also unforgettable moments of growth and experimentation.
In the living area, we find the first of the flat’s two bathrooms, which is a true marvel, with a south and east-facing window and balcony that illuminate it from dawn to dusk, a corner whirlpool bath for two, a shower with massage jets and a relaxing bench, and a partition behind which are concealed the bidet and toilet.

It is immediately noticeable that this flat has been designed and built with care and attention to detail, and this can be seen in the carefully-scaled marble in the materials used in the recent modernisation of part of the flat.
In the sleeping area are located three bedrooms – two doubles and a single, currently used as a walk-in wardrobe but is to all intents and purposes a real room with a view of the third balcony.
