Baia Domizia is a famous Italian seaside resort located in Campania. Located along the Domitian coastline in the province of Caserta, it is a fraction of both the municipality of Sessa Aurunca and the municipality of Cellole, a short distance from the region of Lazio, from which it is separated by the Garigliano river. It is the ideal place to spend a holiday of pure relaxation and fun, a strategic point, thanks to its geographical position, to easily visit some of the most beautiful places in Italy: Rome, Naples, Capri, Pompeii, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ischia and Caserta.

In the second half of the 1950s, the idea was born to transform the area into a tourist resort. With a modern project in which the pre-existing natural environment was preserved, and with few buildings visible from the beach, access to the sea through the pine forest with pedestrian paths was maintained.
The resort was, until the late 1970s, one of the most fashionable destinations in all of southern Italy, to the point that, in terms of quantity and quality of nightlife, it rivalled Capri and the other renowned resorts on the Amalfi coast.

The good life met at the nightclubs where the most important singers and music groups of the time performed. Colourful pedal rickshaws circulated in the small streets of the resort and were always crowded with tourists from all parts of Europe. The season began in March and ended at the end of October. After twenty years of changing fashions and customs, the area is now on the upswing, and it is here that today we would like to offer you a property designed in the golden age but adapted to contemporary needs.

The residential complex is located a short distance from the sea, a short walk will lead us to the sandy beach where we will find bathing establishments, bars and restaurants and all that is needed for life by the sea, otherwise we could opt for a dip in the swimming pool or a nice game of tennis.

The flat is completed by a covered parking space of its own and the desire for a holiday that is sure to stir you up.
